What it does

Stores local preferences and configuration hints; production policy control is unavailable.

LLM route settings

Settings exposes local/demo model route preferences for Ollama or Ollama-compatible runtimes, including local Mistral model tags, plus cloud-provider preferences that can only route through the server gateway when server environment and policy allow it.

Provider boundary

Provider API keys are not stored in the browser. Local model hints do not rewrite server environment variables, and cloud provider preferences do not implement production model governance, tenant policy, or durable model-use audit.
