ARQEN is a demo/local pilot-ready Quality Operating System prototype for aerospace and regulated manufacturing teams until production gates are implemented and verified. It connects quality records, evidence references, owners, lifecycle gates, review actions, management review, reporting, and traceability into one operating loop.
Workflows preserve source records, rationale, owners, due dates, and evidence references. Current public/demo outputs are not audit packages or durable production records.
Intelligence advises and highlights risk; production approval, e-signature, and controlled release authority are unavailable here.
Start with a controlled pilot workflow, expand the operating model, and keep production governance controls blocked until the required gates exist.
Validation, compliance mapping, and system logs are local review signals, not immutable audit or production control evidence.
