Pilot Implementation Guide

ARQEN pilots should be narrow enough to prove operational value and controlled enough to avoid unsupported production claims. Start with one workflow, one evidence loop, and clear success criteria.

1. Select the controlled workflow

Choose one high-value quality loop such as NCR/CAPA, supplier quality, audit findings, or inspection-to-traceability review.

2. Define source records and evidence references

Identify the QMS records, inspection outputs, supplier documents, certificates, review packets, and folders that make up the source basis.

3. Configure owners, due dates, gates, and review actions

Make missing gates visible and ensure review signals can become assigned local follow-up actions during the pilot.

4. Rehearse the management and traceability loop

Walk through Home attention, Management Review, Reporting, Traceability, and source drillback with pilot stakeholders.

5. Decide go/no-go gates for production planning

Production use requires auth, tenant isolation, durable persistence, controlled evidence storage, audit-event persistence, and approved agreements.
